[建议] 关于VR影片格式的备注

VR的影片一般分为左右格式和上下格式，部分VR设备只支持其中一种格式，所以不备注的话用户经常下载完了才知道不适合，所以如果影片发布的时候能备注一下会更好，最后祝sis社区越办越好
