姐弟乱伦其实现在小说里面写了很多了，大多数没体现出那种姐弟乱伦之间的刺激感觉

表姐、表妹一直是男人们心有所往的地方，古代的婚姻很多也都这种关系。楼主文章描写还是不够细腻，有太多的不自然的转折，情节能在润色一下就好了

如题太突然，姐姐很容易就接受被干，就算有受虐倾向，就算知道弟弟暗恋，也不该这么快就同意姐弟乱搞吧，建议楼主给予一定的过渡描写
